AN ESTIMATED TURNAROUND TIME IS GIVEN ONCE PROJECT HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL AND ALL INFORMATION NEEDED FOR YOUR DESIGN PROJECT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED.

TO SECURE A SPECIFIC DEADLINE, YOU MUST SUBMIT A RUSH ORDER.

*KEEP IN MIND, DESIGN TIMES ARE ESTIMATED TURNAROUND TIMES. EVERY DESIGN PROJECT IS DIFFERENT AND REQUIRES A LITTLE MORE/LESS. REVISIONS MAY ALSO PROLONG YOUR PROCESS. 


 

HOW TO SUBMIT PAYMENT?

ALL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE MADE THROUGH THE SITE OR BY INVOICE.
 PROVIDED PERSONALLY BY ME. I DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT FROM ANY OTHER PAYMENT APPS: PAYPAL, CASH APP, ETC. 


YOUR PROJECT IS NOT SECURED UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE. 

YOU MAY NOT REVERSE OR CANCEL A PROJECT ONCE PROJECT HAS BEEN SECURED BY PAYMENT. NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED 

 

HOW TO SUBMIT INFO?

AFTER PROJECT IS SECURED?


AFTER FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE TO SECURE YOUR DESIGN PROJECT, PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 24 HOURS FOR A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL ALSO REQUEST  PROJECT INFORMATION (IMAGES, TEXT INFO, ALL THAT SHOULD BE DISPLAYED ON YOUR PROJECT).

PROJECTS THAT GO 25 DAYS WITH NO INFORMATION SUBMISSION WILL EXPIRE AND RESULT IN A STARTERS FEE ($100). BE PREPARED!

 

ATTACHED TO YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL BE AN OUTLINE OF EVERYTHING NEEDED FOR YOUR SPECIFIC DESIGN PROJECT. READ THIS OUTLINE THOROUGHLY AND SUBMIT ALL INFO VIA EMAIL.

ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED ANYWHERE OTHER THAN EMAIL WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. ANY CHANGES OR FORGOTTEN INFO MUST ALSO BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL ONLY AND BEFORE DRAFT REVISION HAS BEEN SENT OUT. ANY INFO SENT FOR AFTER DRAFT HAS BEEN SENT WILL RESULT IN A $25 FEE.
 
PLEASE NOTE, PROJECT UPDATES ARE SENT AS NEEDED. 


YOU DO NOT NEED TO REACH OUT REGARDING YOUR DESIGN PROJECT, UNLESS IT IS OVERDUE.


 

TURNAROUND TIME

• TURNAROUND TIMES VARY ON THE DESIGN PROJECT. TO RECEIVE SPECIFIC ESTIMATED TURNAROUND PER PROJECT, VIEW YOUR DESIRED SERVICE.

• ANY ORDER THAT HAS A SPECIFIC DEADLINE AND WAS NOT PLANNED ACCORDINGLY MUST BE A RUSH ORDER. OTHERWISE, I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSING YOUR DEADLINE.

THINGS THAT MAY AFFECT TURNAROUND TIME INCUDE: 
- DELAYED INFO SUBMISSION 
- HIGH ORDER VOLUME
- REVISIONS

• COMMUNICATE YOUR VISION AND PLAN FOR YOUR BRAND. A CLEAR VISION IS THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAY TO RECEIVE AN ON-TIME/SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION.

• RUSHING ME OR CONSTANTLY ASKING FOR AN UPDATE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. UNLESS YOU PLACE A RUSH ORDER, I WILL EMAIL YOU WITH UPDATES WHEN NECESSARY. PLEASE NO HARASSMENT


 

REVISIONS

• I AIM FOR ALL CLIENTS TO BE 100% SATISFIED.
IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR PROJECT PLEASE COMMUNICATE THE NECESSARY FEEDBACK SO WE CAN REVISE ACCORDINGLY.

•  PROJECTS INCLUDE 3 REVISIONS.
ANY FURTHER REVISIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A $25 FEE.

• PLEASE TRY YOUR BEST TO SUM UP ALL FEEDBACK, NOTES AND DESIRED CHANGES INTO (1) ROUND OF REVISIONS, TO AVOID GOING BACK AND FORTH AND ACCRUING ADDITIONAL FEES.


• IF YOU ARE SENT A PROJECT DRAFT TO OVERLOOK, YOU WILL HAVE A 7 DAY GRACE PERIOD TO RESPOND WITH THE NEEDED FEEDBACK OR YOUR PROJECT WILL BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION OR REQUIRE A STARTER FEE ($50)


• ONCE A PROJECT HAS BEEN FINALIZED MEANING THE PROJECT HAS BEEN SENT VIA EMAIL TO CLIENT THERE WILL BE A $50 CHARGE FOR ANY FURTHER CHANGES.

NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

INFO SUBMISSION DEADLINE

• IF YOU TAKE LONGER THAN THE GIVEN 25 DAYS TO SUBMIT YOUR PROJECT INFORMATION, YOUR PROJECT WILL EXPIRE AND YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO A STARTER FEE ($100)

NO EXCEPTIONS. 


 
  • IN THE EVENT THAT THERE IS POOR COMMUNICATION, YOU HAVE A TIME FRAME OF (1) WEEK TO REACH BACK OUT TO ME AFTER I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT YOU. AFTER (1) WEEK OF COMMUNICATION LOSS, I WILL NO LONGER CONTINUE SERVICES. YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE FORFEITED; REFUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ONCE SERVICE HAS BEEN CANCELLED, I AM NO LONGER WILLING TO DO BUSINESS FOR CURRENT/FUTURE SERVICES. 
     

• IF YOU ARE SENT A PROJECT DRAFT TO OVERLOOK, YOU WILL HAVE A 7 DAY GRACE PERIOD TO RESPOND WITH THE NEEDED FEEDBACK OR YOUR PROJECT WILL BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION OR REQUIRE A STARTER FEE ($50)

MY TIME IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS YOURS.
PLEASE RESPECT IT. 

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THOROUGHLY REVIEWING THE PROVIDED TERMS.

BY PURCHASING A SERVICE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL WRITTEN STATEMENTS.

YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISUNDERSTANDINGS.
