Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are allowed 24 hours before your scheduled consultation. If you fail to cancel your consultation within the permitted time, your payment will be forfeited. Reschedules must be done no later than 4 hours before your scheduled consultation. If you are a no show to your scheduled consultation for any reason, your payment will be forfeited. You will be allowed to schedule a consultation with AP (1) additional time, this will result in a new consultation fee; as stated, your previous payment will be forfeited. If you are a no show to your rescheduled consultation, your payment will be forfeited and you will no longer have access to consult with Albony Parker and Co. in the future.
